Ingredients

1 avocado, cut into small cubes

1 tomato, chopped/diced

2 Tablespoons of pureed (or minced) onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 jalapeno, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons lime juice

1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

dash of hot sauce

fresh or dried cilantro to taste

pinch of cumin

My own guacamole recipe refined over the years since Jerry worked at Mad Mex.

Procedure

Combine all ingredients gently with a fork

Chill

Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite dipping vessel
