Pizza Dough For One
Ingredients
1 cup bread flour, divided
1 cup warm water (100° to 110°)
1 tsp sugar
1 package dry yeast (about 21/4 tsp)
13/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
1/2 tsp salt
cooking spray
Procedure For One
Lightly spoon 1 cup bread flour into dry measuring cup, level with knife
Combine 1/2 cup bread flour, warm water, 1 tsp sugar, and yeast; stirring with whisk
Let stand 15 minutes.
Lightly spoon 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour into dry measuring cup, level with knife
Combine 1 1 /2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup bread flour, and salt in large bowl; stirring with whisk
Make a well in center of mixture; Add yeast mixture to flour mixture; stir well
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
Knead until smooth and elastic; about 10 minutes
Add all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp at time to prevent dough from sticking to hands (will still feel tacky)
