Your favorite loaf of Italian bread, unsliced
4 cups shredded cabbage (I buy it in the bag)
   1/2 cup shredded onion
1/4 cup cider vinegar (Primanti's uses only this, but I found it tastier to use both vinegars)
   1/4 cup fish-n-chips vinegar
   1 tablespoon sugar
   8 eggs
   provolone cheese slices

For the Fries: 3 russet potatoes cut lengthwise into long shoestring-style fries, kept in cold water until ready to prepare vegetable oil

Procedure
