Ingredients
1 avocado
1 tomato
2 tablespoons of pureed (or minced) onion
1 jalapeno
fresh or dried cilantro to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic
pinch of cumin
dash of hot sauce
Description
My own guacamole recipe refined over the years since Jerry worked at Mad Mex.

Procedure
Combine all ingredients gently with a fork. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite dipping vessel.
