Mix together:
5 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Separately cream together:
2 cups butter
2 cups sugar

Add three eggs
2 cups pumpkin
3 teaspoons vanilla

Add dry to wet ingredients
Bake 350 for ten minutes

If too Flat – add more flour
