Ingredients
4 cups cooked white rice (1 cup uncooked)
1 package frozen stir fry vegies - peppers, onions,
1 pound steak (delmoniticos work great), cut into chunks
1/4 cup (to taste) soy sauce
4 tablespoons sesame oil - divided
Description
This is a great quick and easy recipe that is high in flavor. The whole family should love it.

Procedure
Add 2 tablespoons oil to wok or large saucepan on high heat. Add rice and fry approximately 10 minutes until browned. Add soy sauce to pan and stir rice for about 1 minute. Remove rice from pan to a large bowl and set aside.
Add the remaining oil to the pan and then the meat. Stir fry until the meat is done to your desire. Remove from pan to the bowl of rice.
Add vegetables to pan and stir fry for 5 minutes or done to desired tenderness. Keep the heat high for maximum results.
